The population of Yuma is approximately 90,000 and is predominately a farming community. Although, retirees looking for their spot in the sun with moderate winter weather. When the winter season arrives, the population may rise to approximately 160,000. ( * It is peaceful and quiet out here at friendly Gold Rock Ranch).

There is major shopping available at our local malls and supermarkets, along with doctors, hospitals and specialists. Restaurants dot the city of Yuma.  Entertainment can be found throughout the city. Major and minor auto and RV repair is also available, including major auto and RV dealerships.

Golf and other outdoor facilities are numerous throughout the city. Yuma has multiple professional courses, pro courses and championship courses, along with many par 3 courses for each individual need.
